Position: F&B Service Associate (Male)

Job SummaryWe are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and hardworking individuals to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests professionally, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and banquet areas.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
• Set up and clear tables before and after service.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, banquet, and service areas.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and daily specials.
• Assist in banquet functions, conferences, and special events.
• Follow all hotel policies, safety regulations, and service procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, café, or banquet service preferred.
• Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
