Job SummaryThe Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in connecting prospective learners with Learnfidence’s educational programs. This role requires effective communication, lead conversion, and support in achieving organizational growth through consistent sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities·        Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Learnfidence’s courses and services

·        Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses

·        Convert leads into confirmed enrollments through follow-up and engagement

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

·        Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback

·        Submit Daily task report

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions

·        Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies

·        Support day-to-day office tasks when required

Required Skills·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Confidence in handling calls and converting leads

·        Good listening skills and a persuasive approach

·        Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy

·        Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

·        Experience in sales, customer service, or educational counseling

·        Familiarity with CRM tools and EdTech platforms
