Job Description
- Looking for a recruiter (work-from-office) with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Should be able to work in a highly paced, pressured environment.
- Should be extremely fluent in English and Hindi. (Non-negotiable)
- Should be well-versed in MS Excel and all AI tools, and have documentation editing skills using PDF editors
- The role involves speaking to candidates all over India and abroad and preparing them for Client interviews. 80% of the job requires speaking to candidates and explaining the job role, and the rest involves preparing a database and daily reports.
- Should be able to work under pressure and a strict timeline.
- Should be a quick learner.
- Working days from Monday to Saturday - 10 am to 6 pm.
- Salary up to 20K INR fixed salary(Based on experience) plus incentives.
- Should have a laptop/Desktop with good wifi
