Automobile Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain the features, specifications, and benefits of electric scooters.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
• Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and digital enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery processes.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales, and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on EV technology, competitor products, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in automobile or retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and promotional activities.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
