Job Description

Relationship Manager- NR Products| Kannur

  1. This role involves providing support to the Non-Resident (NR) channel across all branches within the Zone. 
  2. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with product training, client onboarding, and offering continuous support to clients, branches, and various channels related to the NR portfolio.
  1. Achieve NR business objectives across the Zone by collaborating with Cluster/Segment Leaders to drive growth and acquisition. 
  2. Acquire NTB customers through referrals, alliances, networks and branch partnerships, while guiding branch staff in end-to-end onboarding. 
  3. Support Segment RMs in NR acquisition and ETB portfolio management, generating forex income via FCNR forwards and cross-selling, and sharing insights on rates and products. 
  4. Maintain client relationships through mailers/calls, conduct training for staff and leaders to enhance product knowledge, and monitor key quality parameters like funding and account activation to improve portfolio performance.
