Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Development Manager to join our Life Insurance team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience and a graduate degree from a recognized university. The primary responsibility is to recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors while driving business growth through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
• Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Generate business through the agency channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
• Monitor advisor performance and provide regular guidance.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (BFSI, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Automobile, or any field sales).
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel locally.
