Job Description

We're currently Hiring Customer Care Executive to join our team at connexpark infosolution for a sales voice process in a WFO setup at our Kanpur location. Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in International BPO operations.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Establish enduring connections and involve customers by going the extra mile.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Capable of working in night shifts.
  • Demonstrates accountability and ownership.
  • Driven by results and a proactive approach.
  • Maintains a resilient and steady mindset.
