Human Resource Manager

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
• Resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
• Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Work closely with management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRMS software is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
