📢 आवश्यकता है – पर्सनल ऑफिस असिस्टेंट (महिला)

कंपनी: Shipping Services

कार्यस्थल: कानपुर

पद: Personal Office Assistant

वेतन: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 प्रति माह (अनुभव के अनुसार)

कार्य समय: सुबह 11:00 बजे से रात 8:00 बजे तक

  • कार्य की जिम्मेदारियां:ऑफिस के दैनिक कार्यों में सहायता करना।
  • ईमेल भेजना एवं प्राप्त ईमेल का उत्तर तैयार करना।
  • MS Word, Excel एवं इंटरनेट का सामान्य ज्ञान।
  • फाइलों एवं दस्तावेज़ों का रखरखाव।
  • ग्राहकों से फोन एवं WhatsApp पर विनम्रता से बात करना।
  • शिपिंग एवं लॉजिस्टिक्स से संबंधित कार्यालय कार्यों में सहयोग करना।
  • वरिष्ठ अधिकारी के निर्देशानुसार अन्य ऑफिस कार्य करना।
  • आवश्यक योग्यता:न्यूनतम 12वीं पास (स्नातक को प्राथमिकता)।
  • कंप्यूटर का बेसिक ज्ञान आवश्यक।
  • हिंदी एवं सामान्य अंग्रेज़ी पढ़ने-लिखने की क्षमता।
  • ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार एवं सीखने की इच्छा रखने वाले उम्मीदवार।
  • फ्रेशर एवं अनुभवी दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
