Purchase Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of electronic components, materials, and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchasing, maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate competitive prices, and manage inventory efficiently while meeting quality and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure electronic components and materials.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Evaluate and develop vendor relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/planning teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare purchase reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–7 years of purchasing experience in the electronics industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of electronic components and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
