Job Description
We are urgently hiring energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executives for our growing team.
Candidates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply immediately.
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound customer calls
- Explain products/services to potential customers
- Generate leads and close sales over calls
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer queries professionally
Typical telesales roles include outbound calling, lead follow-ups, customer handling, and sales conversion responsibilities.
- Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi
- Confidence in speaking with customers
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and sales mindset
- Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
- Experience in telesales/telecalling will be preferred
