Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily accounting & billing work in Tally ERP.
  • Preparing tenders, quotations, BOQ, and other tender-related documents.
  • Managing official emails, correspondence with government departments, clients & vendors.
  • Data entry, maintaining project records, measurement books, and documentation.
  • Preparing invoices, GST returns, and other statutory documents.
  • Scanning, filing, and maintaining digital & physical records.
  • Assisting the team in project billing, RA bills, and government portal submissions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Computer Operator / Office Assistant.
  • Must have good working knowledge of Tally ERP.
  • Excellent command over MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
  • Experience in tendering process for government projects (CPWD, MES, Railways, State PWD etc.) will be a big advantage.
  • Good English typing speed and communication skills.
  • Honest, organized, and able to handle confidential documents.
