Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Fixed Deposit advisors/agents.
Build and manage a productive team of agents.
Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve business targets.
Generate business through the Direct Channel.
Maintain strong customer and agent relationships.
Ensure achievement of sales and recruitment goals.
Eligibility:
Graduate preferred (experienced candidates may also apply).
Good communication and leadership skills.
Experience in sales, insurance, banking, or financial services will be an advantage.
