Job Description
We are looking to hire a responsible and detail-oriented female candidate for handling billing operations and assisting with basic office management tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payment records
- Maintain accurate financial and billing data
- Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks
- Assist in managing records, files, and documentation
- Communicate with clients/customers regarding billing queries
- Support basic management activities and office operations
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of billing and accounting processes
- Familiarity with computers (MS Excel, billing software, etc.)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
