About the Role

We are hiring Business Development Associates for both Inside Sales

(office-based) and Field Sales (client-facing) roles. Candidates will be assigned

roles based on their skills, experience, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate leads through calls, networking, and outreach

● Understand client requirements and pitch advertising solutions

● Conduct client meetings via calls, virtual platforms, or in-person

● Negotiate and close deals

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

● Maintain a strong sales pipeline

Role Types

1. Inside Sales (Office-Based)

● Engage with clients via calls and online meetings

● Handle lead conversion and follow-ups

● No mandatory field visits

2. Field Sales (On-Ground Role)

● Meet clients in person and conduct on-site meetings

● Generate business through field visits and networking

● Regular travel involved

Requirements

● 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development

● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● Target-driven mindset● Candidates should be comfortable with either inside sales or field sales

roles

Compensation & Incentives

● Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

● Performance-based incentives (earning potential ₹50,000+)
