Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at

Vande Bharat Solar Solutions Pvt Ltd .

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring smooth conversion from inquiry to sale. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills to drive successful solar rooftop installations. If you have a passion for renewable energy and experience in lead management,

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers for home solar services through field visits, digital platforms, referrals, and local networking.

Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, tailor solutions, and close deals.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

  • Explain solar rooftop solutions, benefits, and ROI (Return on Investment) to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate with design and technical teams for system design and pricing.
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring documentation and payment collection.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals and testimonials.
  • Participate in local promotional events, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns.
  • Update CRM/database with leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

 

 

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly quantitative goal for the number of sales or revenue of company aims to achieve in a specific time.

 

Qualifications: Graduate

 

Experience: Fresher

 

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

 

Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
