Job Description

Job Title: Ecommerce Business Development Executive


Location: Kanpur


Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated field sales professional who can connect with manufacturers, wholesalers, and business owners and help them expand their business through ecommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.


Key Responsibilities:

* Visit manufacturers and business owners in industrial areas and markets

* Generate leads through field visits, references, WhatsApp, and calls

* Explain ecommerce growth opportunities to businesses

* Schedule meetings and follow-ups

* Coordinate with internal ecommerce team

* Maintain lead and client records in CRM/Excel

* Build long-term relationships with clients


Target Industries:

* Leather manufacturers

* Footwear businesses

* Pickle & food manufacturers

* Ayurvedic brands

* Wholesalers & traders


Required Skills:

* Good communication skills in Hindi

* Confidence in business meetings

* Basic understanding of ecommerce/Amazon/Flipkart

* Relationship-building ability

* Local market understanding preferred


Preferred Candidate:

* Experience in field sales or B2B sales

* Comfortable with factory visits and travelling locally

* Self-motivated and target oriented


Salary Structure:

* Fixed salary + attractive incentives
