Job Description
We are from Educationa Industry and conduct an International Olympiad Exams in different subjects for classes 1 to 10. So we are looking a candidate who can perform following key duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify New Opportunities: Research markets, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking on platforms like facebook.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans to enter new markets and meet revenue goals.
- Sales Cycle Management: Independently manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
- Pitching and Negotiation: Create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain CRM systems with accurate data, track pipeline metrics, and provide weekly/monthly reports on sales progress.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
