Job Description
Ratnesh and Company is looking for a smart, hardworking and tech-savvy Computer Assistant to join our office team. The candidate should have good computer knowledge and be comfortable working with MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, email and the internet. Daily responsibilities include data entry, maintaining records, preparing documents, printing, scanning, managing customer information, handling WhatsApp and email communication, and assisting with office administration. Basic knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce, image editing or Canva will be an added advantage, and complete training will be provided wherever required.
The candidate should be able to read and understand English documents easily and must have good English typing speed with accuracy (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred). Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn new software, and the ability to complete work efficiently are essential. Freshers with good computer skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply, while experienced candidates will be given preference.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
