Job Description – Customer Sales Engineer

Company: Efficient Distributor Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Kanpur

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives (Based on experience & performance)


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and sales
  • Generate leads and maintain client relationships
  • Explain engineering products and solutions to customers
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on orders
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain reports
  • Coordinate with operations and accounts teams
  • Required Skills:
  • Communication & negotiation skills
  • Customer handling ability
  • Sales-oriented mindset
  • Basic technical/product knowledge
  • MS Excel & ERP basics


Qualification:

  • B.tech/Diploma/Graduate
  • Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Preferred:

Experience in industrial products, bearings, machinery, or technical sales.
