Job Description
Position: Data Executive
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Candidates from other disciplines with relevant computer and data-handling knowledge may also be considered.
- Freshers (0–1 year of experience) with relevant academic projects, internships, or coursework are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company databases and records
- Data Cleaning and Processing Using Microsoft Excel
- Verify and update data accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and analysis
- Ensure confidentiality and data security
- Support operational and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in Data Executive or Data management role (Preferred)
- Understanding of Data visualisation tools like PowerBI or Tableau (Preferred)
