Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about NEET-related courses, career opportunities, and admission guidance.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses and programs according to their academic goals.
- Handle student enquiries through telecalling, data calling, online chat support, and follow-up communication.
- Explain admission procedures, course details, fee structure, and counselling processes clearly.
- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain and update records of leads, student interactions, and admission status.
- Handle queries professionally over phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth counselling experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admission and documentation processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling and student counselling.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-maintaining skills.
- Experience in education counselling/admissions will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle multiple student queries efficiently.
