Education Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding NEET-related courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.
• Guide students in selecting suitable courses and programs based on their academic goals and interests.
• Handle student inquiries through telecalling, online chat support, WhatsApp, and follow-up communication.
• Explain admission procedures, course details, fee structures, and counseling processes effectively.
• Convert leads into successful admissions through professional counseling and regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, student interactions, and admission status.
• Resolve student and parent queries professionally via phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth counseling experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, documentation, and enrollment processes.
• Achieve assigned admission and counseling targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with telecalling and student counseling.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintaining records.
• Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
