Job Description

Embedded Systems & Automation Engineer

Role Summary

Develop and manage electronics systems, firmware, and automation logic for machines. Lead technical direction and guide junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop firmware for microcontrollers like Arduino / ESP32 / STM32
  • Design and debug embedded systems (sensors, communication, control)
  • Work on automation logic (motor control, PID, flow systems, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot field issues and improve reliability
  • Guide technicians and junior engineers

Required Skills

  • Strong C/C++ embedded programming
  • Experience with UART, I2C, SPI communication(especially)
  • Knowledge of sensors, ADC, signal processing
  • Hands-on debugging skills (hardware + firmware)

Preferred

  • Experience in industrial automation
  • Knowledge of PCB design basics
  • Experience with RTOS or ESP-IDF (bonus for you)
