About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Field Survey Executives to support a large-scale Point of Interest (POI) Mapping Project in Kanpur. The project involves visiting businesses and locations, collecting accurate information, capturing photographs, and uploading data through a mobile application.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys in assigned areas of Kanpur.
• Visit shops, restaurants, offices, clinics, educational institutions, and other businesses.
• Collect and verify business information, including:
• Business Name (English and Local Language)
• Category
• Address
• Contact Number
• Business Status
• Operating Hours
• Website/Social Media Links (if available)

• Capture GPS coordinates of the business entry point.
• Take clear exterior and interior photographs as required.
• Upload collected data through the provided mobile application.
• Maintain high data accuracy and quality standards.
• Meet daily survey targets assigned by the project team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must own a smartphone with internet access.
• Must own a bike or have reliable transportation for field visits.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with business owners.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and data entry.
• Local candidates from Kanpur are preferred.
• Prior experience in field surveys, data collection, mapping, or market research is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Earnings: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (based on performance and productivity)
• Petrol Incentive: Up to ₹2,000 per month
