Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell company products/services by visiting customers in the field. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Visit potential customers in assigned areas to generate leads
- Promote and explain company products/services to customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Open new customer accounts and maintain records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up with interested customers for conversion
- Submit daily sales reports to the manager
- Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Ability to work in the field and travel locally
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic smartphone handling and reporting skills
- Qualification:Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate
