Field Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a fresher, this is an excellent opportunity to start your career in sales, gain hands-on market exposure, and build strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Ground Prospecting: Visit potential customers, retailers, or business leads in assigned local areas.
• Product Pitching: Introduce and demonstrate our products clearly to potential clients to generate interest.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify sales opportunities, follow up with potential leads, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Market Feedback: Collect customer feedback and track market trends to share with the internal sales team.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs of customer visits, leads, and sales status.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! Up to 1 year of experience is a plus.
• Language: Basic English and fluency in the local regional language.
• Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Assets: A 2-wheeler vehicle and a smartphone with a valid driving license (preferred/required).
• Mindset: Highly energetic, comfortable with travelling within the city, and eager to learn on the job.
