Job Description
Job Title - Field Sales Executive Role Purpose UP के schools, coaching institutes और local areas में जाकर Arivihan के education products (books/app/courses) की offline promotion करना, student engagement बढ़ाना और leads generate करना।
Key Responsibilities
- Schools में जाकर permission लेकर seminars / presentations करना
- Class 10th, 11th, 12th students से direct interaction और counseling
- Pamphlet distribution, poster placement, banner activities manage करना
- Daily lead collection (student data) और reporting
- School Teachers के साथ relationship build करना
- Assigned area में monthly target achieve करना
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident personality, public speaking ability
- Field work करने के लिए ready (travel required)
- Smartphone और WhatsApp use करना आना चाहिए
- Education sector में interest होना चाहिए
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Sales / marketing / education field का experience
- Local area (district/tehsil) की अच्छी understanding
- Existing school/coaching contacts
Work Details
- Location: District-wise hiring (UP के सभी major districts)
- Working days: 6 days/week
- Travel: Local travel required
Salary Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (experience के अनुसार)
- Incentives: Lead generation / admission conversion पर
- Extra: Travel allowance + performance bonus
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Daily leads collected
- School visits per day
- Seminar conducted
- Conversion ratio (lead → paid user)
- Area coverage
