Financial Advisor IVA (International Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Financial Advisor – IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer financial situations while offering suitable IVA solutions.

Shift: Afternoon shift (2:00 Pm to 12 Am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to UK-based customers.
• Explain IVA services and assess customer eligibility.
• Build rapport and provide suitable financial guidance.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of international sales experience (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in IVA or debt solutions is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
