Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients over phone in English
- Explain company services as per training and approved scripts
- Support contract-based service discussions and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and client information
- Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th pass
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Willingness to work in an office-based environment
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
