Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients over phone in English
• Explain company services as per training and approved scripts
• Support contract-based service discussions and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and client information
• Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th pass
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Willingness to work in an office-based environment
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
