Marketing Manager (Pilot Launch) – Bhaada: Move Cargo Easily

Location: Kanpur & Lucknow (on-ground role)

Type: Full-time | 6-day/week | Immediate joiners preferred

About Bhaada - Move Cargo Easily -

Bhaada - Move Cargo Easily is a last-mile cargo delivery platform connecting customers with the right vehicles - from bikes to truck through a seamless app experience. We’re piloting in Kanpur and Lucknow and looking for a hands-on marketer to power our city launches.

What you’ll do:

• City Launch: Plan and execute launch activities in Kanpur & Lucknow.
• Field Marketing: Run on-ground campaigns near markets, mandis, colleges, and transport hubs.
• Driver Onboarding: Get drivers on board through booths, referrals, and local tie-ups.
• Customer Acquisition: Reach out to SMEs, shops, and retail customers with local offers.
• Partnerships: Build connections with trader groups, MSMEs, and local businesses.
• Creatives: Coordinate posters
• Tracking: Monitor sign-ups, first trips, and repeat users
• Feedback: Collect insights from drivers and customers to improve our services

What makes you a great fit:

• 2–5 years in growth/field marketing for startups, hyperlocal, mobility, or logistics (freshers with strong internships can apply for Associate role).
• Strong Hindi; working English. Comfort with street-level activations and vendor management.
• Data driven with Excel/sheets, Basic ads manager experience preferred.
• Hustle mindset: you can plan in the morning and execute by afternoon.
• Familiarity with Kanpur/Lucknow neighborhoods is a big plus.
• Two-wheeler and smartphone required.
