Job Description

Company: Amar Pharmaceuticals & Labs (I) Pvt. Ltd., Kanpur

Role Summary Drive prescription generation for Amar's Ayurvedic range by building strong relationships with BAMS doctors, Vaidyas, Panchakarma centers, and Ayurvedic clinics across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Map and cover 30–40 doctors per month through structured weekly visits
  2. Detail products using visual aids, highlighting NABL-tested quality and clinical positioning
  3. Generate prescriptions for hero SKUs (joint, liver, immunity, respiratory, women's health)
  4. Coordinate with stockists and retailers to ensure product availability against prescriptions
  5. Distribute samples, gather doctor feedback, and report competitor activity
  6. Achieve monthly secondary sales targets and submit daily call reports
  7. Organize CMEs, doctor meets, and clinic camps in coordination with Sales Manager

Candidate Requirements

  1. Graduate (B.Pharma / B.Sc / BAMS preferred)
  2. Prior experience with Ayurvedic or herbal companies strongly preferred
  3. Strong local network of BAMS doctors and Ayurvedic retailers
  4. Fluent in Hindi; basic English
  5. Two-wheeler with valid licence
  6. Smartphone proficiency for reporting apps
