Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain and manage data in MS Excel using filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP,
and basic formulas
• Organise and format data sheets, reports, and records for internal use
• Draft, type, and format official letters, memos, and other documents in English and Hindi
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with the department or suppliers and
maintain proper filing systems
• Create and maintain purchase orders along with keeping track of logistics and ensuring
timely delivery of material at sites from the suppliers
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties in both English and Hindi
• Support management with scheduling, coordination, and ad-hoc administrative
requirements.
• Coordinate with personnel on various sites to ensure that all relevant data and reports have
been received and then in a periodic manner discuss the same with management.
