📋 Role Overview

Position: Outreach & Admissions Executive

🏢 Company: Studycups Education Private Limited

📍 Location: Birhana Road, Kanpur (On-site)

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred)

🕐 Experience: Freshers & Experienced Both Welcome

🔢 Openings: 9–10 Positions

💰 Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

📌 What You'll Be Doing

Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their academic goals and recommend the right programs

Guide leads through the complete admissions journey — from first call to final enrolment

Follow up consistently and convert genuine enquiries into confirmed admissions

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth and timely student onboarding

Maintain accurate daily records, update lead sheets, and track your own pipeline

Achieve weekly outreach and enrolment targets with ownership and discipline

🎯 What We're Looking For

Clear and confident communication in Hindi — English is an added advantage

Patient, professional, and persuasive while interacting with students and parents

Self-motivated with the ability to follow up without being reminded

Basic computer skills for data entry, calling records, and daily reporting

Any prior exposure to counselling, outreach, sales, or customer interaction is a bonus

Freshers from any stream who are serious about building a career are welcome
