Recovery Officer

Responsibilities (Recovery Officer):

·        Meet defaulting borrowers and follow up for payment or settlement.

·        Visit mortgaged properties to check status, value, and take photos.

·        Services of different notices and take photos as proof.

·        If no payment is made, apply to DM office for seizure orders for taking physical property.

·        Coordinate with police and bank officials for taking physical possession of property.

·        Find buyers and help banks in auction of properties.

·        Raise bills to banks and follow up for payments.

·        Coordinate with Head Office of AAA for documents and case updates.

·        Make 6–7 field visits daily and send daily reports via WhatsApp/email.

Required Candidate Profile:

·        3–5 years of relevant experience

·        Good communication skills in regional language

·        Must have own two-wheeler for travel

·        Ready to travel across the state

·        IIBF certified candidates preferred

·        Basic knowledge of Email, MS Word & MS Excel
