Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to drive residential Solar EPC sales in the Uttar Pradesh region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting customized solar solutions, and converting leads into successful installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and explain solar system feasibility to prospective clients.
• Present customized proposals and close sales with homeowners, builders, and small businesses.
• Generate and maintain a database of inquiries and track lead status.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in branding activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the execution team for smooth project handover after sales closure.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of Sales experience in the Solar Industry (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in field sales and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel locally.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Residential Solar EPC solutions.
• Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Target-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills.

• Salary up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).

Mandatory RequirementCandidates must have prior experience in the Solar Industry. Applications from candidates without relevant Solar Sales experience will not be considered.
