Job Description
Position:Solar Plant Site Engineer
Company:Adhunik Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Job Location:As per Project Site Requirement
- Key Responsibilities:Solar plant site execution and supervision
- Structure installation and module mounting supervision
- DC & AC cable laying supervision
- Inverter installation and commissioning support
- Coordination with vendors, labor, and clients
- Daily site progress reporting
- Material handling and site stock management
- Ensuring safety standards at site
- Testing and commissioning of solar systems
- Coordination with DISCOM for net metering work
- Required Skills:Knowledge of solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems
- Understanding of electrical drawings and SLD
- Basic knowledge of HT/LT electrical work
- Team handling capability
- Site problem-solving skills
- MS Excel and reporting knowledge
- Qualification:Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience:1–5 Years in Solar Industry Preferred
- Salary:As per experience and interview performance
- Other Requirements:Willingness to travel for project sites
- Driving license preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
