Job Description
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence, grow our audience, and drive audience engagement. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize our content strategy across major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok).
The ideal candidate understands platform algorithms, knows how to write compelling hooks, produces high-performing short-form video content, and uses analytics to scale reach and brand authority.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Content Creation
Content Calendar: Plan, map out, and maintain an organized weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
Short-Form Video Production: Script, film, and edit engaging reels, short videos, and stories optimized for reach and audience retention.
Copywriting: Draft sharp, persuasive captions, titles, and hooks tailored to each platform’s audience and voice.
Visual Identity: Direct or create visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
