Job Description
Handle customer complaints related to internet connectivity.
Troubleshoot broadband and Wi-Fi issues remotely.
Coordinate with Fiber Engineers and Field Teams for issue resolution.
Configure routers, ONT devices, and basic network settings.
Monitor ticket status and ensure timely closure.
Maintain daily reports of complaints and resolutions.
Support installation and activation process when required.
Guide customers regarding internet plans and technical queries.
