Job Ke Baare Mein: Worksetu ko ek energetic aur target-driven Recruiter ki zarurat hai, jiska mukhya kaam hamare clients ke liye Delivery Boys/Riders ki bulk hiring karna hoga.
Aapka Kaam (Role):
- Hamare top clients ke liye Delivery Boys ki bulk hiring karna.
- Candidates ko call karke job aur payout samjhana aur convince karna.
- Unke documents (DL, Aadhar) verify karna aur unki ID create karana.
- Candidates ki ID banane ke baad 7 days tak working karana.
- Daily hiring data ko Google Sheets par maintain karna.
Humein Kya Chahiye (Requirements):
- Telecalling, BPO, ya Bulk Hiring mein 0 se 2 saal ka anubhav. (Achi communication wale freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain).
- Hindi bhasha mein behtareen communication aur convincing skills.
