Job Description
Position: Tender Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Search and monitor government and private tenders through portals such as GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, etc.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
Prepare, compile, and submit tender bids within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for required documents and quotations.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, performance securities, and contracts.
Handle online tender submissions and resolve portal-related issues.
Ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions.
Follow up on bid status, clarifications, and award notifications.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain tender databases.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and e-tendering portals.
Good understanding of tender documentation and bid preparation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF editing tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
