Job Description
The Territory Manager is responsible for expanding NexTech's presence in assigned territories by developing new school business, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring timely collections, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Visit schools and meet Principals, Faculties & Management.
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Give product presentations and demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with schools.
- Follow up on enquiries and close sales.
- Ensure timely payment collections.
- Coordinate product delivery and teacher training.
- Submit daily activity reports and maintain CRM.
- Travel within the assigned territory.
Requirements
Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 0–3 years of field sales experience (Education/EdTech preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
