Job Description
Manage sales and collections for EV (3W) financing within the assigned territory.
Onboard new dealers and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive business growth.
Ensure achievement of loan disbursal targets and overall sales performance.
Lead, guide, and mentor field sales teams (FOS) and Branch Managers (BM) to meet organizational goals.
Monitor collection efficiency and ensure timely repayments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to enhance business opportunities.
