Position: Fitter (Bakery Machinery)

🔹 Role Summary:

Fitter ka role hoga bakery machines ki assembly, installation, maintenance aur repair karna, taaki machines smooth, safe aur efficient tareeke se kaam karein.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Assembly & Fitting

• Bakery machines (spiral mixer, planetary mixer, oven, proofer, sheeter, slicer etc.) ki assembly

• Nuts, bolts, shafts, bearings, belts, chains ka proper fitting

• Machine alignment aur leveling

2. Installation & Commissioning

• Client site par machine installation

• Trial run aur performance testing

• Customer ko basic operation samjhana

3. Maintenance & Repair

• Preventive maintenance karna

• Breakdown repair aur faulty parts replacement

• Vibration, noise aur overheating issues identify karna

4. Drawing & Tools Handling

• Mechanical drawings samajhkar kaam karna

• Hand tools aur measuring instruments ka correct use

• Workshop safety standards follow karna

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Supervisor / engineer ke instructions follow karna

• Daily work report aur job completion feedback dena

• Spares aur tools ki requirement inform karna

🔹 Required Skills & Qualification:

• ITI Fitter / Mechanical trade preferred

• Bakery / food processing machinery ka experience advantage

• Basic mechanical knowledge (bearing, gearbox, motor fitting)

• Field work aur travel ke liye ready

• Team ke saath kaam karne ki ability

• 1–5 years (Freshers with ITI can also apply)
