Branch Sales Manager - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) - Nagercoil - Kalluveetil Shryas Centre - J Grades
- Responsible for managing branch sales operations focusing on secured business loans, specifically Micro LAP products. - Oversee sales targets, customer acquisition, and relationship management within the branch. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closure of loan applications. - Drive business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the assigned region. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to secured loans. - Maintain strong customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. - Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve set objectives and targets. - Collaborate with other departments for seamless loan disbursal and documentation processes. - Report regularly on branch performance and sales metrics to higher management.Job role
