Job Description

Tattvartha Farmer Producer Company Limited is looking for a Machine Operator to operate and maintain Packaging Machine.


Responsibilities


  • Operate the FFS packaging machine for sachet packing.
  • Set up the machine according to production requirements.
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
  • Maintain product quality and packing accuracy.
  • Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.
  • Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety practices.


Requirements


  • Experience in operating packaging machines.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Ability to identify and resolve minor machine issues.
  • Experience in FMCG, food processing, or packaging industries preferred.
