Relationship Manager - MF
- Group Formation & Client Sourcing: Mobilize and educate groups (e.g., Joint Liability Groups) about micro-finance products, ensuring borrowers understand terms and financial discipline. [1]
- Disbursement Targets: Meet assigned monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursals (e.g., Income Generating Loans, Micro-Enterprise Loans). [1, 2, 3]
- Collection Efficiency: Conduct field visits to collect timely Equated Weekly/Monthly Installments (EMI) and maintain zero to low Overdue or Portfolio at Risk (PAR). [1, 2]
- KYC & Verification: Perform on-ground background checks, household visits, and document verification to assess the repayment capacity and creditworthiness of borrowers. [1]
- Cross-Selling: Promote additional financial inclusion products like micro-insurance, micro-pensions, or savings schemes to existing clients
