Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Welcome and assist customers visiting the retail store.

 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

 Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.

 Achieve individual and store sales targets.

 Maintain strong product knowledge across all Wakefit categories.

 Handle billing coordination and basic operational activities.

 Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management.

 Capture customer feedback and support repeat business initiatives.
