Job Description

*Customer Relationship Associate – Job Description*


*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Customer Onboarding* – Welcome new customers, explain products/services, guide initial setup

2. *Relationship Management* – Regular follow-ups via call/WhatsApp/email to check satisfaction

3. *Issue Resolution* – Act as single point of contact for customer complaints, coordinate with teams to resolve

4. *Renewals & Upselling* – Remind customers about renewals, AMC, or pitch relevant add-on products

5. *Feedback & Reporting* – Collect feedback, understand pain points, share insights with management

6. *CRM Updates* – Maintain accurate customer records, interaction history, and follow-up dates in CRM/Excel


*Required Skills:*

- *Communication* – Excellent Telugu/Hindi/English, empathetic and professional tone

- *Interpersonal Skills* – Build trust, handle customers with patience

- *Problem Solving* – Quick resolution mindset, ownership of issues

- *MS Office – Word,Excel, Email, 

- *Sales Aptitude* – Soft upselling without being pushy


*Qualifications:*  

AnyGraduate, 0-1 year experience in customer service. Freshers with good communication can apply.


*Work Details:*

- *Timings*: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Day shift. 

- *Salary Range*: ₹10000 – ₹12000 per month + incentives
