• Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth branch operations.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
